Daniel Foley, DPT

After earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Saint Louis University, Dan built his career in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab, serving the Greater Chicago area for over five years. Along the way, he’s dedicated hundreds of hours to advanced training and mentorship to help patients feel stronger and healthier.

Now, he’s bringing that experience back home—fulfilling his longtime dream of starting a practice in his own community.

Dan’s mission is simple: to be a trusted resource for anyone seeking to move better, live without pain, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Kathleen Roche, DPT

Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, Kathleen attended the University of Pennsylvania where she played Division 1 basketball and began her career in finance post graduation.

Ultimately, Kathleen made the decision to return to school to pursue her Doctorate in physical therapy which allows her to combine her passion for health and wellness with her desire to help others.

Kathleen brings a specialized focus in pelvic health to Next Step while also treating a variety of orthopedic conditions. Her goal is to help her patients feel strong, confident, and empowered to live the healthy, active lives they love

Maeve Miller

Front Desk Administrator & Marketing Specialist

Maeve is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa, where she studied communications and sport media. She plays a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly while managing our social media, website, and community outreach.

As one of Dr. Dan’s cousins, Maeve has a personal connection to Next Step and is excited to help the clinic continue to grow. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for every person and furthering the clinic’s mission of providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the community.
