❋ Provide 1:1 PT care
❋ Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
❋ Complete plan of cares and rehab plans with your patients
❋ Utilize a variety of treatment approaches
❋ Educate patients on movement, injury rehab and long-term wellness
❋ Document patient progress accurately
❋ Collaborate with the Next Step team to ensure high-quality care and outcomes

Role Requirements:
Education required: Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Active IL Licensed Physical Therapist
Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset
Willing to interpret and adapt to methodology of practice
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
1+ year of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting
Adept to manual therapy skills (including dry needling, IASTM, joint mobilization/manipulation)
CPR Certification
Willingness to learn new treatment techniques
Eagerness to get involved with the community and promote the business
Extra Bonus - experience working with dancers!
